Celebrating 25 years!

In 1994, Andrea Grace turned her passion for fitness into an interactive and innovative program designed for new Moms and babies alike. Andrea was a freelance fitness instructor for 10 years and then became pregnant with her daughter Rachel. It was a natural progression to continue teaching fitness classes that incorporated baby Rachel – and Mommy and Baby Fitness was born! Rachel was a fussy baby and needed more interaction then to just sit and watch the workouts, so our fun and fabulous Mom and Baby warm ups were created to songs we all know and love to sing and dance to.

Strollerfitness

  • Babies aged 6 weeks – 20 months.
  • Enjoy the fresh air and shape up with baby in the park – we use hills, stairs, benches, bands….
  • Certified, experienced instructors lead power walking/boot camp sessions incorporating muscular conditioning, strengthening, stretching and Mommy meditation – this is a great workout.
  • Much more than just a walk in the park!!
  • Babies will delight in our huge repertoire of songs and rhymes, fingerplays, and parachute activities after our workout – in the shade

mommy and baby Fitness Aquaplay

  • Babies aged 4 – 20 months
  • Aquafitness for Mom, water play for baby
  • Excellent introduction to swimming and water skills for baby
  • Babies will be utilized as weights and delight in our huge repertoire of rhymes, songs, water activities and fun!
  • Heated, indoor salt water pools
  • You do not need to know how to swim for this class.
  • Mommy and Baby Fitness Aquaplay classes are held at our Thornhill and Woodbridge Swimtime locations and in Markham
  • Dads are welcome to join this class
