"I recommend Mommy and Baby Fitness
to all my friends who have just had a baby. I joined after
the birth of my second child because I was looking for
a way to get back into shape without having to join an
expensive gym or pay for childcare. Mommy And Baby Fitness
offers fun and challenging workouts which vary from week
to week so that it never got boring. I liked the fact
that I could take my baby right into the gym with me because
I was nursing at the time. What sets Mommy And Baby Fitness
apart from other fitness programs is that it includes
a baby stimulation segment that is a nice way to introduce
baby to songs and play. What I also enjoyed about Mommy
And Baby Fitness was the chance to meet other moms who
had babies about the same age as mine. All in all, Mommy
And Baby Fitness is a fun and affordable way to exercise,
socialize and bond with your baby all at the same time!"

"I first heard about Mommy and Baby
Fitness through a friend and thought it was a great
idea to help me get back in shape after a difficult
delivery. I first signed up when my son was just 7
weeks and was hooked after the first class. Mommy
and Baby Fitness provided a great opportunity for my
son and I to get out of the house and enjoy an activity
together with other mothers and their children. In
addition to getting back into shape, I have met many
great people and both my son and I have made some new
friends along the way. The class is very interactive
and the babies really enjoy themselves. The instructors
are terrific and very positive.
I would strongly recommend Mommy and Baby Fitness to
anyone looking for a great way to get back into shape
and bond with their baby."

"I participated in both Mommy and Baby
Fitness and Strollerfitness with all three of my kids,
and it had a huge impact on my life as a new mom. The
workouts allowed me to exercise at my own pace and
to attend to my baby when necessary. Not only
was I able to get back into shape without having to
leave my baby at home, the classes enabled me to socialize
and compare notes with other new moms during the discussion
sessions. But what I think really sets Mommy
and Baby Fitness apart from the rest of the post-natal
fitness programs is the infant stimulation via songs
and parachute play. The babies love it and I
still sing the songs that I learned in those classes
to this day. This program is at the top of
my recommendation list for new mothers."

Her classes are such fun and very rewarding for both
Moms and babes.
My baby Zac and I participated in several of Andrea’s
Mommy and Baby fitness classes from Mommy and Baby
Yoga, to Mommy and Baby Strollerfitness in a beautiful
local park, to fitness classes using weights, steps,
and of course, our dear babies all integrated into
the very motivating lessons, which felt more like dancing
with your baby than work.
My sweet Zac whom I adore is now 3 years old, I am
currently a Kindergarten/Primary Phys. Ed teacher (2 ½ days/week—the
rest of the week I’m a stay-at-home Mommy) and
I still use a lot of what I learned in Andrea’s
classes both with my adorable Zachary and with my little
students in gym class.
I have taken tons of Moms and tots classes, and I
must say, to this day, Andrea Grace’s Mommy and
Baby Fitness Classes had the most impact in my life
and remain with me and Zachary today as he still asks
me to do some of the exercised we learned together
in Andrea’s classes. And he loves looking
at pictures of the activities in which we participated
with Zachary as my work-out buddy, to pictures
of the parachute games we played,followed by bubbles,
of course, to our outdoor strollerfitness experience—Nonno
Romeo joining in the fun at age 72!!, to the bellydancing
performance we did on Breakfast Television with Zac
on my hip.
Thx Andrea for the fun, for the exercise, for the
incredible opportunity your yoga, fitness and outdoor
classes gave my son and I for some fun-time bonding
while making healthy living, laughter and music part
of our quality time together."

"I joined the mommy and baby fitness
programs after my first child Aleksa. It was a wonderful,
comforting experience. The support that I was given
as a first time mom was amazing. I found myself looking
forward to every class, not only for the weekly discussions
with the other moms about problems or concerns that
I had with my daughter but for the workouts as well.
Andrea Grace was my instructor and she was the best
fitness instructor I have ever had. Not only was she
upbeat and a knowledgable instructor but she was also
a mom herself. These classes gave me so much that I
went looking for them, in particular Andrea after my
second child, Tristan.
I am currently enrolled in the aerobics and yoga programs
and even though this is my second child, every child
is different. It is refreshing to listen to all the moms
and what they have done to combat or overcome common
problems. If anyone is having difficulties after birth
with muscle pain or cramping, I recommend whole heartedly
the mommy and baby fitness programs. You will feel better
physically as well as emotionally.

"After the birth of my first child
I was looking for a way to get back into shape without
leaving my child in a daycare centre. I found the Mommy
and Baby Fitness website and immediately signed myself
up for one of Diane's classes. I started out taking
one class the first session and upped it to two for
the following three sessions that I have participated
in - I like it that much! I was concerned at first
that the workout would be too easy.
I was wrong! Diane has done a great job at creating
a workout that's both fun and challenging. My child
loves the baby interaction part of the class. The songs
and rhymes entertain her. She vibrates with enthusiasm
when Diane sings to her with the puppet and she gets
so excited when Diane blows bubbles and brings out
the parachute. The babies are so cute, it's a joy to
watch them participate in the program and play together.
I like the flexibility the program offers. If my child
is sick or something comes up that I have to miss a
class, I am able to make up the class at another time.
Overall, I highly recommend the program to all Mommies."
